Man Damages Door In Cos Cob Dispute, Police Say A man is facing charges after police say he damaged a door during a dispute in Cos Cob. Greenwich Police say they responded to a Cos Cob residence on a report of a disorderly subject on Thursday, May 16. Further investigation revealed that Sami Krasniqi, 49, of Cos Cob was involved in a verbal dispute with the victim and damaged a door. Krasniqi was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear and was scheduled to return to court on Friday, May 17.

Greenwich Police received a call in regards to an unresponsive person at a Cos Cob residence on October 27, 2017. Police arrived and found a deceased male in one of the home’s bathrooms. Initial on-scene investigations led to the belief that the death was caused by a narcotics overdose. The Connecticut Office of the Chief Medical Examiner later confirmed that the victim died from an overdose of heroin. Michelle Dupuis was arrested Sunday after being stopped on West Putnam Avenue in the area of Oak Ridge Street when she ran a stop sign and then made a wide turn, said the Greenwich Police. After pulling over her vehicle, the officer reported smelling the odor of alcohol and Dupuis was asked to submit to a series of field sobriety test, which she reportedly failed, police said.
