Fairfield County Town Needs Your Help To Fix Spotty Cell Service After years of complaints from residents about bad and spotty cellphone service, one town is doing something about it.  New Canaan officials worked with the network diagnostics company Ookla earlier this summer to determine where cell phone service needed to be improved. In June, testers drove more than 125 miles of the town's roads and found that 90 percent had poor to very poor signal strength, which impacts reception and speeds.  Now they want to test the signals at homes, but they'll need residents' help.  To help the town gather more data about service in…
