Lane Closure Planned For Stretch Of I-684 State officials are alerting motorists about a planned lane closure on a busy stretch of I-684. The New York State Department of Transportation said the right lane southbound is set to close between Exit 5 (Saw Mill River Parkway) and Exit 6 (State Route 35) in Bedford to facilitate bridge maintenance. The lane closure is scheduled to be implemented between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 17, officials said.

Weeks-Long Lane Closures Scheduled On Merritt Parkway A bridge maintenance project on the Merritt Parkway will lead to lane closures and delays for more than a week in Fairfield County. The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced that the nighttime bridge project will take place on the parkway (Route 15) beginning on Monday, Sept. 17 in Norwalk. The closures are expected to take place from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night, from Sept. 17 through Friday, Sept. 28.
