Convicted Felon Found In Possession Of Handgun, Stamford Police Say A convicted felon allegedly carrying a handgun was nabbed by Stamford Police after receiving information that he would be in town. Bernard Bradley, 25, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 17, by members of the department's Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit after receiving intel that he would be at the Lawn Hill Avenue Development near 143 Custer Street and that he was in possession of a gun, said Stamford Police Capt.
