Stamford Man Charged In Double-Fatal Norwalk Crash A Stamford man has been charged with two counts of manslaughter in connection with a double-fatal crash that occurred earlier this year. Anthony Domond, 33, was arrested at 7 a.m. Tuesday by members of the Norwalk Police Department with assistance from the Stamford Police and the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force, said Norwalk police Lt.
