Of the 10 teams participating in the competition, the Marlins placed third overall, with the girls' team finishing in second place and the boys' team finishing third.
Sixteen-year-old James Hopper of Greenwich had a particularly strong showing in the competition, winning both the 3-meter event and the platform, and placing second in the 1-meter.
“It was a great weekend for the Marlins” said Dylan Korn, co-head coach of the team. “Everyone put in a lot of hard work leading up to nationals, and we’re very proud of how everyone performed.”
