Indoor Field Hockey Clinics To Be Held In Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Friday is the deadline to sign up for field hockey clinics for children at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center on Sunday mornings in early 2016.

The clinic will assist players in developing skills in stick work, shooting, passing, receiving, offense, defense and small sided games.

Sessions begin Jan. 10 and will meet again on Jan 17, 24 31 and Feb. 7 and 21.

Classes for children in 1st and 2nd grades will meet from 10 to 11 a.m., while 3rd through 5th grades will meet from 11 a.m. to noon.

Attendance is $100 for all six sessions. In-person registration begins Dec. 14 until classes are full.

Registration is available by mail only until Friday.
