Baseball Clinics Begin At Bendheim Greenwich Center

GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Department of Parks and Recreation announces youth basketball clinics will begin at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center on Thursdays beginning Nov. 5, and running through Dec. 17.

The clinics will be held in the Bendheim Western Civic Center gym. 

Registration will begin Monday, Oct. 5, by mail only. 

Registration at the Civic Center begins on Tuesday, Oct. 13. 

The program for children ages 5 and 6 will run from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. Children ages 7 and 8 will meet from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. Children ages 9 and 10 will meet from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. 

The cost for the program is $110.

Coach John Czarnecki will teach this junior basketball class. He is certified by the State of Connecticut and has coached for more than 25 years. 

He has coached for the Greenwich Basketball Association, Greenwich Flame travel team, Greenwich Boys and Girls Club, and the freshman, JV and varsity basketball teams at GHS.
