The school's garden was built and planted several years ago with funds from the school's annual benefit to serve as a learning experience for students and as a source of fresh vegetables for the school's kitchen, according to Eagle Hill.

The students picked a huge bowl of leafy greens that will be used in salads served at the school.

Eagle Hill offers a language-based, remedial program committed to educating children with learning disabilities, according to its website.
