Students at Greenwich Academy recently held their annual "sock-stuffing project" in support of the school's Midnight Run group. Midnight run provides assistance to the homeless in New York City. GA teachers, parents and Lower School students put candy and toiletries into new socks and tied them with decorative ribbon. They also created holiday crackers by filling paper rolls with candy and wrapping them in tissue. The socks and crackers will be delivered by Upper School students.
Lets chat: Have you ever participated in Midnight Run? How are you giving back this holiday season? Leave a comment or send me an email at acorbett@mainstreetconnect.us.
