GREENWICH, Conn. -- After three votes to decide a chairman for the Greenwich Board of Education ended in deadlock, members finally came to a consensus Thursday, Dec. 12, and elected Barbara O'Neill to lead the eight-member board, according to Patch.com.
The Greenwich Board of Education came to a consensus on a new chairperson after several failed attempts.
