Delayed Openings Announced For Some Fairfield County Schools

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — Freezing rain that fell overnight left dangerous driving conditions, leading a number of school districts in Fairfield County to announce delayed openings for Tuesday morning.

The following schools will have a delayed opening on Tuesday:

Fairfield
Greenwich
Monroe
Stratford
Trumbull
Wilton

A number of school districts remain on winter break for the Presidents Day holiday.
