Database Reveals Details Of Greenwich Teacher Contract

GREENWICH, Conn. – All Greenwich residents can now examine the details of the town's teacher contract online, thanks to the Connecticut Coalition for Achievement Now, or ConnCAN.

The Teacher Contract Database was released by ConnCAN — a think tank and Connecticut education advocacy group. It is an interactive online database providing access to teacher contracts from all over the state.

Each contract includes information on salary, evaluation procedures and number of teacher days compared to days without students. The database also allows users to compare up to four districts.
