With close to $100 million in sales volume in 2014, Lurie was ranked No. 124 in the United States by REAL Trends “The Thousand” report, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.
“Tamar again established herself as the premier real estate professional locally, regionally and nationally. Her drive and dedication are incomparable” said Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County.
Lurie adds these honors to a long list of awards she has received during her illustrious career. She is also identified as the No. 1 Realtor in Connecticut based on sales volume, according to the 2015 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents list, which ranks the most productive real estate professionals by state based on closed sales volume and transaction sides.
Earlier this year, Lurie was recognized with the Society of Excellence Award. This prestigious honor is the highest award presented by NRT LLC, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.
She is also a recipient of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier award, a distinguished honor presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.
Lurie has ranked as the company’s No. 1 sales associate in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., 13 times during her tenure with Coldwell Banker. She was also the top sales associate for sales volume earned of all real estate firms in Greenwich in 2014.
With expertise in marketing and selling luxury estates, Lurie has successfully broken records in Greenwich and the surrounding areas. She has also successfully negotiated the sales of some of the region’s most exclusive estates, including the $27.5 million New York estate owned by Hollywood producer and director Ron Howard, which represented the company’s top sale in 2014, and a record sale ever for Westchester County.
Her active portfolio of listings currently exceeds $200 million and includes three of the highest-priced estates in Greenwich.
