Camillo provided about 30 residents with an overview of the upcoming legislative session and answered their questions regarding tax increases and the business climate in Connecticut.

He also provided an overview of the state’s fiscal condition, and listened to concerns about Metro-North and its substations in town.

“Residents have legitimate concerns about the current fiscal climate of our state," Camillo said. "I have heard time and time again from my constituents, particularly retirees, that although they have families here, they are finding they can no longer afford to stay here. One of my favorite parts of my job is being able to take concerns such as these and (voice) them in Hartford. I will continue to advocate for them.”
