Mianus Boat Club Renews $1 Annual Lease In Greenwich
GREENWICH, Conn. -- The much-debated $1 per year lease for the Mianus Boat and Yacht Club will continue to be a sticking point for the Greenwich Representative Town Meeting after voting 123-11 with two abstentions to reauthorize the lease for another 10 years, according to greenwichtime.com.
The Greenwich RTM voted 123-11 with two abstentions to extend the $1 per year lease for the Mianus Boat and Yacht Club for 10 years.
