Greenwich Police say Nada Shilleh, 34, of Stamford surrendered herself at headquarters on an active arrest warrant on Friday, Oct. 4 around 9 a.m.
The warrant, signed Monday, Sept. 30, includes charges for second-degree harassment.
Police say Shilleh made numerous calls to the victim, interfering with their business. Shilleh then allegedly continued to make calls despite being asked to stop by both the victim and police.
Shilleh was released on a written promise to appear and is scheduled to return to court on Monday, Oct. 7.
