Kevon Tracee Williams was busted on Friday, Oct. 19, after an undercover officer watched him make a hand-to-hand drug transaction on Putnam Avenue, the Greenwich Police said.
Williams, while being advised of his rights, admitted to selling heroin, police said.
He was charged with sale of narcotics and released on a promise to appear ticket. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 2.
