Miguel Castillo, 58, was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 5, by Greenwich Police after police observed several teenagers hanging out in a parking lot in possession of a case of beers, said the Greenwich Police.
An investigation found that the teens had contacted Castillo and negotiated the purchase of the beer for almost twice the retail price, police said.
Castillo then allegedly bought the beers and delivered it to the teens, police added.
He was charged with risk of injury to a minor and delivery of liquor to a minor.
Castillo was released after posting $1,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 20.
