Fazil Itsinzi, of Southport, Maine, was arrested around 11:14 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6 when Greenwich police responded to a call at 410 Greenwich Ave., at the People's United Bank for a report of a man wearing black jeans and a hospital shirt urinating outside the bank, said Lt. John Slusarz.
Officers found Itsinzi found a short distance away from the bank, and when stopped, discovered that he was in possession of a bag of stolen tools from a nearby construction site, Slusarz said.
The owner of the tools approached officers and identified himself and his tools, he added.
Itsinzi was charged with larceny and breach of peace. He is being on $1,000 bond.
