Man Wanted For Car Burglaries Arrested On Warrant

A 20-year-old Stamford man was nabbed for failure to appear after surrendering himself to Greenwich Police.

Camaron Covert was arrested on Friday, Jan. 11, for charges dating back to June 2017 for allegedly breaking into cars, said the Greenwich Police.

He subsequently failed to appear for one or more scheduled court appearances and a warrant was issued for his re-arrest.

Covert is being held on $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 25.
