Man In Stamford Court On Another Matter Arrested For June Burglary In Greenwich

A Fairfield County man in court on another matter was arrested by Greenwich Police for a June burglary he is accused of committing.

George Trice, 54, of Bridgeport, was arrested around 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Stamford Superior Court House while he appeared before a judge on a matter related to the Stamford Police Department, said the Greenwich Police.

Greenwich Police took Trice into custody and charged him with burglary, larceny and engaging police in pursuit for an incident that took place on June 18, police said.

Bond was set at $15,000 which Trice could not make. He was assigned a court date of Jan. 2, 2019.
