Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct After Smoking At Greenwich Hospital

GREENWICH, Conn. — A man is charged with taking a swipe at a security guard after being told he couldn't smoke on Greenwich Hospital grounds, reports the Greenwich Time.

The security guard reportedly tried to take the cigarette from the mouth of Chester Ozarowski, 60, reports the Greenwich Time.

Ozarowski, of Port Chester, N.Y., physically resisted and is now facing disorderly conduct charges, reports the Greenwich Time.
