Kevin M. Ezzo, of Greenwich, was arrested on an active warrant on Tuesday, June 25 related to the road rage incident in May, said police.

On Sunday, May 5, police investigated a reported road rage incident on Arch Street in which Ezzo reportedly was driving on Railroad Avenue when another vehicle almost hit the pickup truck he was driving, according to Greenwich Police.

Ezzo reportedly made a U-turn and chased the other vehicle onto Arch Street where he allegedly collided with it, police said.

He reported a minor injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, according to the report.

On Tuesday, June 25, Ezzo turned himself in to police after being notified of a warrant for his arrest, said police.

He was then released from custody after posting a $10,000 bond, according to police.

Enzo is due in court on Wednesday, July 10 related to the following charges:

  • Operating under the influence
  • Failure to obey traffic signals
  • Failure to drive in the proper lane
  • Reckless driving
  • Driving the wrong way on a multi-lane highway
  • Unsafe passing
  • Breach of Peace
