GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich police recently charged a high school student with being under the influence of narcotics while in class, according to patch.com.

Officers called to the school were given marijuana paraphernalia and an unmarked bottle of pills found in the backpack belonging to Osman Merida, 19, police told Patch.com.
