Greenwich Police saw Williams' car and pulled him over on Jan. 31. With a search warrant, police discovered that Williams was in possession of 2.6 grams of cocaine.
Williams is a convicted felon with "an extensive criminal history of narcotics violations," Greenwich police said.
He faces charges of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within less than 1,500 feet of a school zone and possession of cocaine with intent to sell within less than 1,500 feet of a school zone.
Williams was released from custody after posting a $2,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Thursday.

- A 17-year-old male was issued a juvenile summons after police found 3.2 grams of marijuana under the arm rest of his car during a routine traffic stop.The juvenile is due to appear in court on Feb. 12.
