Greenwich Police responded to Deer Lane on the report of a physical dispute on Monday, Feb. 11. Further investigation revealed that Richard Clemens of Stratford became argumentative and aggressive after discovering that paint had gotten on his sweater.
The on-scene supervisor asked Clemens to leave, but he allegedly refused and proceeded to shove two other coworkers.
Clemens attempted to shove a third coworker before others stepped in and were able to act defensively, bringing him to the ground.
Clemens was charged with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, Feb. 25.
