$50,000 Reward Being Offered In Fatal Shooting Case

Police are offering a $50,000 reward and asking the public for help locating the killer or killers of a local man who was shot and killed while sitting in a vehicle in Stratford.

Eduardo Concepcion, 30, of Bridgeport, was killed around 2:20 a.m., on Jan. 12, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.

According to police, Concepcion was sitting in a vehicle in on Regency Terrace when two unknown assailants approached and a verbal argument ensued. 

At some point during the argument, several shots were fired into the car killing Concepcion, Eannotti said.

The suspects were both dressed in dark clothing. One suspect was reportedly wearing bright white sneakers.

Both suspects fled the scene following the shooting on Peace Street towards Thompson Street.
