GREENWICH, Conn. Patricia Anne Brooks of Greenwich died June 13 at Greenwich Hospital surrounded by family. She was 69.
Brooks was born Jan. 2, 1943, in McKees Rocks, Pa. She graduated from Port Chester High School in 1960 and Roosevelt Hospital School of Nursing as a registered nurse in 1963.
She married her late husband, Robert G. Brooks, on Oct. 17, 1964 at Our Lady of Rosary Church in Port Chester. She worked as a nurse at United Hospital in Port Chester for 40 years and then at Greenwich Hospital for five years before retiring.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Justin) Bologna and Amy (Paul) Sudell and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Stanley Smigowski and Emily Yusi.
Family and friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Castiglione Funeral Home in Greenwich. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Church in Byram. Burial will be private.
