BRADENTON, Fla. - Mary Steponik of Bradenton, formerly of Greenwich, died Sept. 30. She was 93.
Steponik was born Oct. 8, 1920, to Stanley and Vera Miles. She was a former member of Greenwich Women's Golf Club and Bruce Women's Golf Club of Greenwich, Conn., and Manatee Ladies Golf League of Bradenton. She worked for the town of Greenwich for 25 years as accounts payable supervisor. She lived in Bradenton since 1985 and was a member of Manatee Golf Course and River Run Golf Links of Bradenton. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church of Sarasota.
Steponik is survived by her sister, Jenny Fullilove of Greenwich; and three nieces. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Joseph; and brother, Frank Miles.
Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6 at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26th St. Chapel, 5624, 26th St., West, Bradenton, FL 34207. Memorial Service and interment to be in Greenwich, Conn., at a later date.
