GREENWICH, Conn. Lucy Imbrogno of Greenwich died July 27. She was 86.
She was born in Stamford to Donato and Maria Carissima Colangelo. She was a resident of Greenwich for several years.
Imbrogno was predeceased by her husband, Joseph L. Imbrogno Sr.; a son, Joseph L. Imbrogno Jr.; and two brothers, Danny Colangelo and Jimmy Colangelo. She is survived by a son, Robert Imbrogno; and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in Stamford. Burial will be private. Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home and Crematory is handling arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the River House, 125 River Road Extension, Cos Cob, CT 06807, or Smith House Recreational Fund, 88 Rock Rimmon Road, Stamford, CT 06903.
