GREENWICH, Conn. - Frances C. Smith, a former resident of Greenwich, died Oct. 4. She was 85.
Smith was born Oct. 17, 1927, in Greenwich, to Timothy and Catherine Colon.
Smith is survived by her husband, William J. Smith; daughter, Susan Frederick; son, Thomas W. (Margaret) Smith; sister, Peggy Steele; two granddaughters; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours are Monday, Oct. 7 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Castiglione Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass and burial will be private.
