Catherine T. Mazzari, 95, Of Greenwich, Volunteer At Greenwich Hospital

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Catherine Theresa Mazzari of Greenwich died Wednesday, Nov. 27. She was 95.

Mazzari was born June 22, 1918, in New York, N.Y., daughter of Romeo and Julia Cusati. She was a Greenwich resident since 1960. In addition to being a homemaker, she was a volunteer for many years at Greenwich Hospital. She also volunteered at Greenwich Woods Health Care Center and for the American Red Cross. She was a former member of the Greenwich Women’s Club.

Mazzari is survived by her son, Richard of Greenwich; daughter, Diane Clarke of Los Gatos, Calif.; and a granddaughter, Catherine Pace (Richard). Her  husband, Richard Mazzari, died earlier.

A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Putnam Cemetery.
