A woman was arrested Monday after a Greenwich resident allegedly saw her injecting herself with heroin in her car on Mill Street. Officers located the car in the William Street municipal parking lot. They said Jennifer Cloke, 29, of 613 Half Moon Bay, Croton, N.Y., had a fresh needle mark on her wrist that was oozing a clear liquid. Officers said Cloke tried to hide a used syringe and wax paper folds in the trash of her car. She also put a pack of cigarettes on the trunk. When officers opened the cigarette pack they found a used syringe and seven wax paper folds containing heroin. Cloke was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. She posted a $1,000 bond and is due in court on Feb. 22.
