Tractor-Trailer Blocks I-95 South in Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn. - Commuters be wary: A tractor-trailer is jackknifed and blocking the southbound side of I-95 in Greenwich as of 4 p.m. Tuesday. No word as to when the area will be cleared.
