Toxins Found In Soil At Three More Greenwich Locations
GREENWICH, Conn. -- Tests have confirmed elevated levels of PCBs, heavy metals and other contaminants in three locations in Greenwich other than the high school, according to greenwichtime.com.
Trace amounts of PCBs, similar to those found near Greenwich High School have been discovered in other areas around town.
Recent soil tests at Byram Park revealed arsenic levels 11 times higher than the accepted standard. Armstrong Court and Greenwich Harbor also tested for PCBs and other dangerous heavy metals, greenwichtime.com reported.
