Three people were arrested in Greenwich on possession of alcohol charges Friday on Arther Street. Shane Kovach, 20, of 36 Campbell Drive, Stamford, and two teens were in the road in front of 6 Arther St. in Greenwich with various alcoholic beverages, including a bottle of Budweiser beer, a plastic cup filled with Absolut Raspberry Vodka and a bottle partially filled with REmy Martin Champagne Cognac. Each was issued an infraction summons for possession of alcohol by a minor. All are due to appear in court Feb. 25.

Joahua A. Zumbado, of 2447 Wilson Ave., the Bronx, N.Y., turned himself in to police Friday on two outstanding arrest warrants on charges of second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond. He posted bond for each and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court for the first charge Feb. 11 and the second Feb. 18.
James Dadio, 41, of 50 Alvord Lane, Stamford, was arrested Thursday on threatening charges after allegedly harassing his former business partner at Greenwich Prime Meats. Threatening phone calls were received from Dadio's phone, police said. Dadio turned himself in after being contacted by police. He was arrested on charges of two counts of threatening, two counts of harassment and disorderly conduct. Dadio posted a $1,000 bond and is due in court Feb. 11.
