Monday, Feb. 6

• 10 a.m. – Pat-A-Cake drop-in program for pre-walking babies, including stories, songs, rhymes and bounces to explore language and preliteracy skills, at Perrot Memorial Library, 90 Sound Beach Ave., Old Greenwich; Free

• 11 a.m. - “Tales for 1s and 2s,” library storytime at Perrot Memorial Library, 90 Sound Beach Ave., Old Greenwich; Free

Tuesday, Feb. 7

• 6 p.m. – Neurosurgeon Scott Simon discusses “Back Pain and Disorders of the Spine” at Greenwich Hospital's Noble Conference Center, 5 Perryridge Road, Greenwich; register by calling 203-863-4277

• 7 p.m. – Planning & Zoning Commission at Greenwich Town Hall Meeting Room

• 7 p.m. – Screenwriter James Solomon will discuss his film “The Conspirator” at Greenwich Library's Cole Auditorium; free.   

Wednesday, Feb. 8

• 7 p.m. – Historic District Commission at Greenwich Town Hall Gisborne Room

• 8 p.m. – Planning & Zoning Board of Appeals at Greenwich Town Hall Cone Room

Thursday, Feb. 9

• 9 a.m. – Board of Education Departmental & Capital Review of the budget at Greenwich Town Hall Meeting Room

• 6 p.m. – Chronicles of “Literary Lioness” with Esther Bushell, a former Greenwich High School teacher. She is the star of “Literary Matters,” an organization that brings authors to Greenwich. For more information, visit Literary Matters online; free; Greenwich Library second floor meeting room.
