The Transportation Association of Greenwich is offering free rides to polling stations on Election Day for seniors and disabled adults.
The association has made the service available previous years and found the service to be well received, said Van Parker, development director for the nonprofit specialized transportation service.
Service to Greenwich's 15 polling stations Tuesday will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on a space available basis. Those wishing to use the service should call 203-637-4345 at least 24 hours before Election Day. Rides can also be requested up to 24 hours in advance of Election Day on TAG's website.
