Registration Opens For Muddy Up 5K For Boys & Girls Club Of Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn. – The Muddy Up 5K Adventure Race and Family Fun Walk will be held on Sunday, Sept. 29, at Camp Simmons in Greenwich.

The event supports the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich.

Runners will navigate 3.1 miles through the rugged trails on 77 acres of wilderness at Camp Simmons. They will also make their way up, around or through 13 man-made obstacles and use a rope bridge to get across the Camp Simmons lake. Click here to see a video of the course.

Individuals and teams of runners and/or walkers over 6 years of age can register. Runners can also set personal fundraising goals to help the Boys and Girls Club reach its goal of $50,000. Registered runners and walkers will receive a  t-shirt, food and refreshments.

The race begins at 9:30 a.m. The awards ceremony will begin at noon.  For more information and to register, visit the race website.
