Rail Commuter Charged With DUI

A woman alerted Greenwich police that a man who appeared to be drunk had gotten off a Metro-North train and was driving his car. The woman said she was sitting near Frederick C. Trump, 47, of 67 Richmond Hill, Greenwich, on a train and he smelled of liquor and had bloodshot eyes. When Trump got off the train and into his car, she called the Greenwich Police Department. Officers stopped Trump's car as he drove southbound on I-95. He told police he had had two beers on the train. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on DWI charges. He was unable to post a $250 bond and is due in court Oct. 29.

? James Reseau, 33, of 159 Dale St. in Stamford was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with two counts of burglary in the third degree, two counts of identity theft and two counts of receipt of stolen goods. Reseau was held on a $5,000 bond before appearing in court the same day.

? John S. Deluca, 56, of 18 Comly Ave. in Greenwich was arrested on DWI charges Sunday. Deluca was stopped in his Ford Explorer after crossing double yellow lines four times, according to police. He failed field sobriety tests and was charged with failure to drive right as well driving under the influence. Deluca posted a $260 bond and is due in court Nov. 1.
