Paving Work Closing Mill Street Bridge Between Greenwich-Port Chester

GREENWICH, Conn. — Motorists traveling between Greenwich and Port Chester, N.Y, on Mill Street will have to find a different route on Tuesday.

The Greenwich Police Department issued a traffic alert for Aug. 4 for the Mill Street bridge, which carries neighborhood traffic over the Byram River. It will be closed from 6 to 8 a.m. Tuesday for paving. Intermittent closures may also occur throughout Tuesday on the bridge.

Drivers in New York can access I-95 from Route 1 to Byram Road. Police officers will be on hand to direct traffic.
