A 16-year-old boy from Greenwich was arrested on Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct and threatening. The teen's mother said parental discipline sparked the youth's threats, the details of which are not being revealed. The teen reportedly ransacked his mother's room looking for his iPod and sneakers before leaving the house. The 16-year-old was found at a nearby intersection when police made the arrest. The youth was issued a juvenile summons and is to appear in court on Aug. 3.

Richard Congiu, 26, of 8 Alexander St. in Greenwich was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics after police found 14 bags of heroin in his car on July 26. Congiu was released after signing a promise to appear in court and is due in court on August 9.
Stacey Friedlander, 44, of 36 Valleywood Road in Cos Cob was arrested on July 31 for possession of marijuana under four ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. While responding to a call to check on the welfare of a resident, police smelled marijuana. After police found the marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Friedlander was arrested. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 6.
Ezequiel Sosa, 45, of 41 Rodwell Ave. in Greenwich was arrested for disorderly conduct on July 31. Police investigators responded to a domestic violence incident in which Sosa and his girlfriend were arguing in their car. During the argument, the girlfriend claimed Sosa hit her in the face and tried to cover her mouth with his hand. Sosa posted a $500 bond and is due in court on Aug. 2.
John William Thomas, 48 of 55 Little Deer Road, in Bridgeport was arrested on Sunday for disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer. According to police, the victim returned to her home and Thomas was upset about the person who had dropped her off. Thomas screamed at her, pushed her to the ground and dragged her across the floor by her hair. Thomas is being held on a $1000 bond is was set to appear in court on Aug. 2.
German Angel, 40, of 234 E. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich was arrested on Sunday for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. After responding to a 911 call from a frantic women claiming Angel, her fiance, had hit her on the right side of her head and below her right eye before twisting her left hand during an argument. According to police, Angel admitted to the "slap" and is being held on a $800 bond. He was set to appear in court on August 2.
Adrian Pascual, 25, of 339 Locust Ave. in Port Chester was arrested on Sunday for disorderly conduct and second degree criminal mischief after breaking down the door of a Greenwich home. He posted his $1000 bond and was set to appear in court on Aug. 2.
A juvenile who assaulted another youth in a bullying incident was arrested after turning himself in on an active warrant for conspiracy to commit assault in the third degree and assault in the third degree. The teen was released into the custody of his uncle and is set to appear in court on Aug. 17.
