A Greenwich woman who left her two children unattended in a car Friday was issued a misdemeanor summons. The 37-year-old woman had left the children in their car seats in a locked car with the rear windows cracked. Police were on the scene when she returned to the car from a store. She was issued a summons to appear in court Nov. 19.

Bobby Garrett, 33, of 56 Willowbrook Ave., Stamford, was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of marijuana of less than 4 ounces, intent to sell marijuana and operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license.
