• 7:30 p.m.: Democratic Town Committee meeting at Town Hall Lounge, ground floor

• 8 p.m.: Republican Town Committee meeting at Town Hall Gisborne Room, first floor

Thursday

• 10 a.m.: Board of Selectmen meeting at Town Hall meeting room

• Noon-1:30 p.m.: Play With Your Food performs “The Wedding Play, Deaf Day and Brooklyn Boy” at Greenwich Arts Council, $43 or $40 for members

• 5 p.m.: Parking ticket hearings at Mazza Room, first floor of Town Hall

• 6-8 p.m.: The Greenwich Historical Society and the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation’s “Barn Survey Workshop” at 39 Strickland Road in Cos Cob; free

• 7:30 p.m.: The Riverside Association holds its annual meeting with First Selectman Peter Tesei, tax assessor Ted Gwartney and Officer Dan Paladino as guest panel at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 200 Riverside Ave. Call Bill Howland at 203-637-5611.

Saturday

• 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m.: Greenwich Audubon’s “E4C: Family Breakfast Event” at Audubon’s Education Center, $25 per family

• Noon-3 p.m.: The Banksville Community House holds coat drive to benefit Neighbor to Neighbor at 12 Banksville Road

• 2 p.m.: Friends Children’s Series presents Jim West’s and Marshall Izen’s “How the Elephant Got His Trunk” puppet show at Greenwich Library Cole Auditorium; free, 4 years old and up

Sunday

• 2 p.m.: Ashforth Children’s Concert Series presents The Westchester Jazz Orchestra at the Greenwich Library Cole Auditorium; free; pick up assigned tickets at noon. Call 203-622-7965.
