A Riverside man was arrested Wednesday on an outstanding warrant after two separate occasions in which he violated no contact conditions set by a restraining order, police said. Jean P Gagne, 59, of 26 Pilot Rock Road, was arrested on two counts of criminal violation of a restraining order after turning himself in to police. He was released on a $1,000 bond and was due in court Thursday.

Christopher Liburd, 22, of 3838 Amundson Ave., the Bronx, N.Y., was arrested Wednesday after turning himself in on a warrant on charges of second-degree failure to appear in court on June 22 stemming from an arrest in May. He was held on a $10,000 bond and was due in court Thursday.
