Man Held for Disorderly Conduct at Hotel

A man was arrested Sunday at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich on charges of disorderly conduct after allegedly acting out, screaming and yelling obscenities and alarmed other hotel guests. When hotel security encountered Billie F. Jackson, 41, of 808 Dartmoor Ave., Williamstown, N.J., they attempted to calm him but failed. He was unable to post a $100 bond and is due in court Nov. 8.

Also from the police department:

• Raymond Rinchere, 32, 75 Maple Tree Ave., Stamford, was arrested Thursday after a search of his car during a stop resulted in the discovery of 1.2 grams of marijuana. Rinchere was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana under 4 ounces and failure to stop. He was released on a promise to appear in court Nov. 5.

• Vincent J. Sorese, 65, of 47 Crawford Terrace, Riverside, was arrested Wednesday on drunken driving charges after being involved in a car accident on East Putnam Avenue. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, following too close and no insurance. He posted a $250 bond and is due in court Nov. 10.
