Man Charged With Violating Protective Order

A Greenwich man who allegedly dragged his ex-girlfriend out of Greenwich Hospital on Wednesday was charged with violating a protective order and disorderly conduct. Hospital personnel alerted police when the woman came in looking for help and the man pushed her out of the hospital and then left. Police found the man, James C. Anthony, 24, of 2 Perryridge Road, and charged him with narcotics violations when officers discovered marijuana in his home. Anthony was unable to post a $1,500 bond and was due to appear in court Wednesday.

? A 49-year-old woman was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday in connection with a domestic incident with her husband. The woman allegedly pointed her finger into the man’s face and cut his cheek during an argument about their pending divorce. She was due to appear in court Wednesday.

? Jason Gubinski, 25, of 27 W. Church St. in Greenwich was issued a misdemeanor summons last Friday on possession of marijuana charges after police stopped him for a defective taillight. During the stop, police found a small amount of marijuana. He was also charged with driving without a license and the brake light violation. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan 14.
