GREENWICH, Conn. -- A Stamford man turned himself into the Greenwich Police Department Wednesday on a warrant charging him with exposing himself at Binney Park in May.
On May 20, a woman was at Binney Park with her family, and as she took photos of the kids playing, she saw Carlos Boche, 43, of 25 Iriving Ave., expose his penis and begin masturbating, police said. She took photos of him in the act and also leaving the premises. Detectives from the Special Victims Section said they tracked down and were able to positively identify Boche as the man at the park that day.
Boche was charged with public indecency and released on a promise to appear in court on July 20.
