A 27-year-old Stamford man was arrested Wednesday on a three-year-old warrant on charges of failure to appear in court. He was originally arrested on July 30, 2006, on a charge of risk of injury to a minor when an argument with the mother of his child about the care of the child escalated to violence.
The man turned himself in to the Greenwich Police Department after finding out about the warrant out for his arrest. He failed to appear in court Dec. 27, 2007. He was released on $2,000 bond and is due in court Dec. 22.
